Spirit Airlines Flight 409, and A319, bound for Fort Lauderdale, was forced to return to O’Hare International Airport soon after takeoff when the cowling for the right engine fell off. The plane landed safely and there were no injuries. The cowlings were found on airport property, and Spirit crews were inspecting the plane and the cowlings.
