NEW CONTRACTS FOR TURKISH TECHNIC

Sky Airlines has signed a maintenance contract for three A320 aircraft with Turkish Technic. Sky Airlines stated the reason for the choice was due to the MRO firm’s variety of the back workshops, diversified component capability and experienced technical staff.

Turkish Technic, an association of Turkish Airlines group companies, provides technical services for airframe, engine, APU and components for a wide range of airlines in its base in Istanbul.

Sky Airlines, based in Antalya International Airport, has six 737 CL, six Boeing 737 NG and five Airbus A320/A321 aircraft and in its fleet.

Pegasus Airlines, based in Istanbul, has also opted for Turkish Technic for heavy maintenance C checks on 10 Airbus A320s and A321s. The airline’s sister carrier IzAir is also using the MRO firm for five C checks.
