Monarch Aircraft Engineering welcomes back SmartLynx

Monarch Aircraft Engineering Limited (MAEL), the engineering division of Monarch, has signed a line maintenance technical handling agreement with SmartLynx.

The agreement, which commences this summer, covers a full suite of line maintenance services to support the operator’s Airbus A320 flying program at Luton and Gatwick airports.

Neil Kirby, Sales Manager at Monarch Aircraft Engineering, said: “We successfully supported SmartLynx’s operation last summer so it gives us great pleasure to welcome back customers who value our line maintenance support services.”

Vladislavs Lekanovs, Maintenance Director at SmartLynx said: “Having a trusted and reliable line maintenance service is important to our operation and are confident that we will continue to receive excellent support from Monarch Aircraft Engineering.”
