The engine of an Air Macau Airbus A321 caught fire earlier in the week while it was undergoing tests at Macau International Airport. Only maintenance staff were on board the airline at the time but the aircraft will still have to be grounded due to the now damaged engine. The local Civil Aviation Authority (AACM) has requested a full report from the carrier about the incident, which the airline has not confirmed.
