An aircraft owned by Scoot (TZ188) made contact with an Emirates aircraft (EK405) during early hours today at Changi Airport, Singapore. The left wing of Scoot flight TZ188 “came into contact with an Emirates aircraft…while TZ188 was taxiing before take-off,” reports CNBC. Emirates confirmed to the news service that it aircraft was slightly damaged during pushback requiring some repairs. There were no injuries and passengers aboard the Emirates plane were re-booked on other flights scheduled to depart later today.
