Aircraft maintenance company, Deal Baldwin Painting, is planning to start operations at a former Air Force base in northern Indiana and possibly hire 200 people. A 29-year lease deal was signed last week with Miami County officials for hangar space in the Grissom Aeroplex at what is now Grissom Air Reserve Base near the city of Peru.
