Dutch Antilles Express (DAE), as part of its fleet refurbishing plan, is investing over $2.5m in performing scheduled C checks on two of its Fokker-100 aircraft at a Mexican overhaul facility authorized by the aircraft manufacturer Fokker, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Netherlands (country of manufacturing ) and the Curacao Civil Aviation.
