Wizz Air triples Canary Islands links from Budapest

Wizz Air will be adding another two links from Budapest Airport this winter. Having already celebrated four of the ultra-low-cost carrier’s (ULCC) new routes this year, and with three further routes still to launch, Wizz Air has confirmed new connections to Fuerteventura and Lanzarote, set to start from 30 October and 2 November respectively. Adding to its Tenerife operation, Wizz Air’s new weekly services will triple its links between Budapest and the Canary Islands, and as new destinations for both the airport and the airline, the ULCC faces no competition on either of the airport pairs.
