Tiger Airways, Singapore Airlines low cost carrier, is planning to lease two aircraft to South East Asian Airlines and form a marketing venture to expand into the Philippines. Tiger Air’s website will sell tickets on SEAir flights from Manila to Singapore from December 16. The airline will also advance the delivery of two on-order Airbus SAS planes to next year.
