China Aircraft Leasing Group (CALC) has closed the financing for one A320-200 bearing MSN 7145 on lease to Turkish low-cost carrier, Pegasus Hava Tasimaciligi. Credit Agricole CIB acted as mandated lead arranger, security trustee and facility agent. The finance parties were represented by Clifford Chance and CALC by Watson Farley and Williams.
