Russian lessor, Aviacapital-Service, has firmed up an order for 35 Irkut MS-21 aircraft, with Russian PD-14 engines. Delivery is expected from 2022 to 2025. The first flight of the MS-21 is expected to take place in 2015, while the first deliveries are planned for 2017.
