AFC’s parent, Stellwagen, acquires Volito Ireland

Stellwagen Finance Company, the parent company of Aviation Finance Company Limited (AFC), has announced the purchase of Volito Aviation Services Ireland Limited (VASIE), the Irish subsidiary of Swedish based Volito Aviation Services AB. VASIE will be renamed Seraph Aviation Management Limited (Seraph) and will remain headquartered in Dublin. This acquisition represents another step in the expansion of Stellwagen’s aviation business.
