Crédit Agricole CIB (CA-CIB) and HSBC closed the financing for the second Airbus A380-800 for Qatar Airways, which was delivered on 10 November in Hamburg. The financing was structured as a French lease with CA-CIB acting as arranger, equity provider, security trustee and facility agent. Both CACIB and HSBC acted as Debt Arrangers. The banks were advised by Norton Rose Paris, while Qatar Airways was advised by Dentons in London. The aircraft (MSN 143) is the second of the airline`s ten A380 on order.
