ORDER FOR 30 737s ANNOUNCED FOR BOEING

Boeing has secured an order for 30 737 aircraft from an undisclosed buyer, although many suppose this if for SpiceJet.

The order is valued at $2.1 billion at list prices and brings the overall yearly order tally to 422.

SpiceJet stated in July that it planned to buy 30 737-800s for delivery starting in 2014.
