Journey Group, provider of airline products and services, has announced it is selling its stake in in-flight catering firm Alpha-Airfayre to its joint venture partner Autogrill for £3.5 million. Autogrill was set up a year ago, with Journey taking a 49% stake, for which it received £5 million from the repayment of an inter company liability. The cash will be used repay part of Journey’s £4.5 million three-year debt facility and the rest used for working capital.
