Frontier Airlines has made no secret of its desire to launch an initial public offering as soon as the markets are right. Bloomberg has reported that the carrier is considering launched the issuance as soon as the second quarter of this year. JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and Evercore Partners are named as the leading underwriters, says the news service.
