Cebu Pacific has financed three A320s with a commercial loan. Société Générale was the sole structuring, mandated lead arranger and trustee. The Development Bank of Japan and the Bank of Philippines Islands (BPI) were debt providers. Cebu Pacific has taken delivery of two of the aircraft and the third will be delivered in January 2016.
