On October 7 Crédit Agricole CIB closed the commercial financing, under a Japanese Operating Lease Structure with Call Option (JOLCO), of Qantas Group’s first Boeing 787-8, which will be operated by Jetstar Airways. CA-CIB acted as JOLCO Arranger, Global Coordinator, Facility Agent and Security Trustee. This was the fourth JOLCO financing structured and arranged for Qantas by CA CIB in 2013.
