China Southern Airlines, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, and KfW IPEX-Bank have closed the first transaction under a new ECA backed financing facility. MSN 1536, a new A330-300, was delivered on 24 June 2014. CA-CIB and KfW are acting as lenders with CA-CIB taking the additional roles of Facility Agent and Security Trustee.
