Italian carrier Blue Panorama Airlines has entered administration and the airline has entered negotiations with an unspecified “international investor”, reports from La Stampa, Avio-Italia.com and TravelQuotidiano.com. Blue Panorama Airlines stated: “On January 27, we applied for admission to the extraordinary administration and therefore the abandonment of the composition procedure in continuity. On 17 March the court of Rome has decreed the appointment of the judicial commissioner indicated by the Ministry of Economic Development.” The company will be managed by its founder, Franco Pecci, while operations will continue as normal and without interruption.
