U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane in Manhattan has approved American Airlines’ parent AMR Corp.’s request to pay the fees of the its creditors that may provide future financing. American called its negotiations between the airline and its creditor group as “integral part” of its effort to restructure and exit bankruptcy. The group includes JPMorgan, Claren Road Asset Management, Cyrus Capital Partners and Pentwater Capital Management.
