Air India raises $410m bridge loan

Air India has raised a bridge loan of $410 million from Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered Bank to finance the purchase of four Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. The airline has taken delivery of 14 of the 27 787s it ordered in 2007, with two more expected in June and July, and another two scheduled for delivery before the year end.
