Société Air France has closed financing of one new A380 Aircraft MSN 115 under a Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO) structure in October 2013. BNP Paribas acted as Lease Arranger, Debt Arranger and Security Trustee. Banque Postale is a Lender in the transaction. It is the first A380 aircraft financing arranged by BNPP for Air France and the first Commercial Debt financing of an A380 aircraft for BNP Paribas.
