CDC warns US travellers exposed to MERS

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has warned travellers that a second imported case of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) was confirmed late night on May 11 in a traveler to the United States. This patient is a healthcare worker who resides and works in Saudi Arabia. This case is unlinked to the first US imported case of MERS reported May 2 in Indiana.
