UPS has acquired Marken, a new hub in Atlanta, and has expanded and modernized its Jacksonville, FL hub. Marken is a healthcare-related supply chain company. UPS will spend $400MM on its new 1.2Bn square foot facility in Atlanta. It will also spend $196MM to expand the Jacksonville facility by a 33% and also automate the facility.
