Wizz Air has expanded its route offering from Billund Airport with the launch of direct flights to Kiev Zhulyany, the most central airport serving the capital of Ukraine. The carrier launched flights between the two airports on March 2, with the route scheduled to operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays and be flown using the carrier’s fleet of A320s. The new destination will generate an extra 28,000 passengers for the Billund market in 2019.
