Pinnacle Airlines is attempting to restructure its cost-base outside of bankruptcy by pushing for a 5% decrease in wages. The regional airline has asked unionized flight attendants to agree to concessions by next week. The company also is seeking modifications of agreements with mainline airline partners and suppliers of equipment and capital.
