VASCO – Vietnam Air Services will rebrand as SkyViet Aviation following the successful completion of a new business plan. The airline is a joint-venture between Vietnam Airlines, which owns 51% with Techcombank and its Techcomdeveloper unit with 48% and 1% respectively.
