The union GWU representing employees of Air Malta will have talks with the government on Wednesday to discuss the future of the airline. However the body was keen to point out that this is not related to the Steering Committee which is planning the restructuring of the airline. The union has expressed its frustration at not being informed of developments regarding the airline, which was causing tension and anxiety among the workers and their families.
