Transaero to buy four 747-8s

Following on from its memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Boeing to purchase four A380 in late October, Transaero Airlines has signed another MOU with the US manufacturer for four 747-8 Intercontinental aircraft. Transaero Airlines 747-8s, which will be delivered in 2016, will feature a four-class cabin layout (first, business, premium economy and tourist) seating about 460 passengers.
