Following on from Thai AirAsia X’s decision to cut services to Japan, Tigerair Taiwan is also cutting its services to Thai destinations following the recent red flag safety notification by ICAO on Thai aviation oversight. Tigerair Taiwan will cancel its Taoyuan to Chiang Mai route within the next month. Tigerair Taiwan is offering full refunds on pre-booked flights to Chang Mai, or a rerouting to onward destinations via Japan or Macau.
