Strike keeps AeroContractors on the ground

Flights of Aero Contractors Co. of Nigeria are remaining on the ground caused by strike action that started on Wednesday. The airline was forced to suspend flights on Saturday temporarily after failing to reach an agreement with striking workers. Aero Contractors operates flights to major domestic destinations and neighboring Ghana, mainly for oil companies in the area. The company’s website said it is working to restore flights “as quickly as possible.”
