Southwest Airlines will post its second quarter earnings on August 4 before market opens. The low-cost carrier is estimated to post second quarter earnings at 21 cents, which is a 29.02% decline over the same period 12 months ago. But the airline has consistently shown growth over the past four quarters and this is expected to continue.
