The government of Senegal has invited South African Airways (SAA) to acquire a stake in Senegal Airlines. The airline is reported to be considering the offer along with other potential investors that include Kenya Airways, Air France-KLM Group and Ethiopian Airlines. Senegal Airlines is jointly owned by the Senegalese government and private investors, who have about 64% stake in the business. Some 30% of the Senegalese Airline is up for sale.
