In July, 83% of 69,000 Ryanair flights arrived on-time (down slightly due to unseasonably bad weather and ATC delays). The airline received two complaints per 1,000 customers and less than one bag complaint per 1,000 customers, with over 99% of all complaints answered within seven days. “Ryanair carried a record 12.6 million customers in July with 83% of our 69,000 flights arriving on-time,” said Ryanair’s Robin Kiely. “We continue to campaign with our partners in A4E (Airlines for Europe) to encourage the EC to take action to ameliorate the impact of ATC delays on flights in Europe.
