Ryanair pilots have been warned by management not to sign to a letter to the IAA expressing concern that the airline’s employment practices could jeopardise passenger safety – if they do, then they will be charged with gross misconduct and dismissal could follow. The letter was drawn up by the Ryanair Pilot Group (RPG), which represents captains and co-pilots working for the airline but is not recognised by the airline.
