Pakistan International Airlines services were suspended on Friday due to continuing industrial actions by its employees protesting over the plan privatisation of the airline. The strike caused 2,500 to be stranded in Europe, the US and Canada when 200 flights were cancelled as of Thursday evening. PIA is trying to contact all of its stranded passengers and is reported to be in talks with several airlines to fly stranded passengers. Saudi Arabian Airlines is helping fly back 2,000 passengers from the kingdom. AirBlue and Shaheen Air International are also accepting PIA’s confirmed ticket passengers for flights to Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore,
