A German man is the latest victim of the MERS virus. He contracted the disease when visiting Abu Dhabi as a tourist more than a month ago and fell ill after travelling back to Duesseldorf, Germany, where he was diagnosed with the deadly MERS virus. He was thought to have recovered but suffered organ failure as a late development of the virus. A South Korean man in Slovakia is also being tested for the MERS virus, and has been placed in isolation in Bratislava. Concerns are increasing that the disease may have entered Europe.
