The maiden flight of Mandarin Airlines’ new service between Taichung City and the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi took off this morning. This flight is the first to depart from Taichung for an international capital. Besides three weekly flights to Hanoi, Mandarin Airlines operates seven weekly flights between Taichung and Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City, as well as flights to a number of major cities in China, including Chongqing, Wuhan and Nanchang.
