Malaysian low-cost carrier Malindo Air plans to launch a new flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) to Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport (Amritsar) in India. The route will be served three times a week using a 737-900ER aircraft from October 25. “Apart from Amritsar, we will continue to focus on further route enhancements and introduce more … promotions,” Malindo CEO Chandran Rama Muthy said. “We are looking to enhance our capacity and route network further to [using] Boeing operations, and are poised to introduce more routes to our network [through 2015],” he added.
