Lufthansa orders A380, E195 and assorted other Airbus aircraft

German flag carrier, Lufthansa has secured two A380s that were part of a cancelled order from another airline and will now receive them sooner than those already remaining on order. The offer was made by Airbus at very short notice and the deal is likely to have been very advantageous to Lufthansa to say the least.
