UFO, the union representing cabin crew for Lufthansa, has stated that its members will go on strike for one week after talks over contracts once again broke down. The head of the cabin crew union UFO, Nicoley Baublies, has been quoted as saying that the strike would run from Friday November 6 to November 13. He says an announcement about which flights would be affected will be made closer to the date. Lufthansa has stated that it is prepared to continue negotiating.
