Local airlines in the Philippines ordered to reduce flights by 30%

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in the Philippines has been ordered to cut flights by 30% from July, which means local airlines may have to reduce their flights from Manila. The move by Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) is one way to ease runway congestion at the NAIA.
