LATAM shareholder shake-up

Following Qatar Airways acquisition of a 10% stake in LATAM Airlines Group, the existing controlling shareholders of the South American airline group, the Cueto Group, which owns 25%, and the Amaro Group, which holds 12%, have agreed to modify their ownership. Cueto will acquire a 6.47% stake from the Amaro Group to keep control.
