On September 6, 2016, Dutch flag carrier KLM and the Dutch Trade Union Federation (FNV) reached a collective labour agreement for ground staff. KLM stated that is was pleased with the result as it “falls in line with goals set for Perform2020 and within the proposals that KLM made in mid-July”. KLM will hold discussions will all five ground trade unions soon to discover whether everyone can agree to the formulation of KLM’s proposal. “I’m pleased that this agreement has brought clarity for all ground staff.
