Kenya Airways has welcomed the appointment of a conciliator to facilitate talks between Kenya Airways management and the Aviation &Allied Workers Union (AAWU) Kenya. Alice Tabu, chief industrial relations officer at the Ministry of Labour and Human Resource Development, has appointed S.M. Mbae from the Labour headquarters to conciliate the two parties. He has already convened a conciliation meeting for today. Titus Naikuni, Kenya Airways CEO has reassured investors and passengers that the airline will function as normal.
