Joy Air to switch to LCC operation

Chinese regional carrier Joy Air, a joint venture between China Eastern Airlines and Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), has announced it is to become a low-cost carrier (LCC) in a bid to tap the growing Chinese domestic low-cost market.
