Jones appointed as director of Flybe

Lord Jones, the former director-general of the CBI, is now a director at UK regional airline Flybe. Lord Jones heads the international business advisory board for BA. Jim French, Flybe’s chairman and chief executive, said the company was “absolutely delighted” with Lord Jones’s appointment. “He is a true champion of British industry and business and – like Flybe – is especially passionate about training and skills development”.
