American Airlines and JetBlue Airways have agreed to allow customers earn miles on each other’s flights to some cities from today.

The airlines have also decided to expand a partnership to offer passengers connections to nine more US cities and to Budapest. Passengers can connect at JetBlue hubs at New York’s Kennedy Airport and Boston to American flights to 15 foreign destinations. After December, American customers can fly to new cities with JetBlue to Washington’s Reagan National Airport, San Francisco and Phoenix.
