Indian LCC Jet Airways has signed a codeshare agreement with Italian flag carrier Alitalia. The arrangement will cover Alitalia’s flights between Abu Dhabi and Rome, and onwards to Bologna, Florence, Naples, Turin, Venice and Verona. The deal will also cover Jet Airways flights between Abu Dhabi and Delhi, Mumbai and Kochi, and onwards to Amritsar, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Udaipur. Jet Airways also has a codeshare arrangement with Etihad, which recently finalized its deal to purchase 49% of Alitalia.
